14-Day Money Back Guarantee

All of our products are tested and guaranteed. We will accept authorized returns within 14 calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient. We will also authorize refunds within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient. If you have an issue with any of the products you purchase from us, please contact us via email for instructions on refunds, returns and/or disposals. Please note that not all products are eligible for returns, which is why we encourage you to contact us prior to sending a part back to us. Any shipping costs you incur in returning a defective product will not be reimbursed, unless otherwise approved by our office prior to the return. Please remember that some items can simply be refunded to you without the need to ship them back to us (disposals).

Authorized returns need to be returned with all of the items that were included in the original package(s). If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and contact us before sending it back. All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong defective parts during installation. Please recycle or properly dispose of fluids drained from returned parts where applicable. The parts must be free of all flammable and hazardous fluids before shipment. Many auto part stores have free recycling programs local to your area. If you do not live near an auto parts store with a recycling program, we encourage you to contact your local recycling agency for instructions on proper disposal. All returns must be packaged securely. Please make sure to check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. We cannot be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging.

Refunds are normally processed and credited within five (5) business days of our office receiving your part. Once the return has been processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the merchandise. You will be notified via email the day you are credited. If the purchase was made through a debit or credit card, it may take up to seven (7) additional business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit back onto your account. Please also note that we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
